Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, we work very hard to be flexible and ensure that we can service all clients, in addition we have clients wanting to book appointments with us. If your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the service there will be a $50 cancellation charge.
Do you offer same day cleaning?
This may be possible depending on our schedule and current bookings. Please always book in advance as same day cleaning cannot be guaranteed, but to find out you can call us.
Can you clean my house without shoes?
No, shoes are part of our PPE. We are required to wear them to protect our feet from spills, sharps object and injury. We have disposable shoe coverings that we can wear before entering your home, please advise us if you wish for us to wear covers.
Do you do background checks on your staff?
Yes, any new staff are vetted and must supply a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. New staff also undergo training with senior staff to ensure they are trained in our high level of service
Should I be home while you clean?
You do not have to be home during the cleaning, however, it is completely your decision. Our cleaning professional will need access to your home which can be discussed during the booking process. Our staff have National Police Checks and Working With Children Check.
Do you cover my industry?
We aim to be able to service as much of our local area as possible. We are always open to learning and take on new industries. Please get in touch for more information
